Reduce the stress
and pain trough movement

The method created by Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais is a powerful and revolutionary holistic approach, which can improve the lives of each and every one

Make the impossible possible, the possible easy, the easy elegant.

Awareness through movement

Dr. Feldenkrais’ method

Dr. Feldenkrais’ method offers novel ways of movement and extends the variety of our movements; it makes us aware of a wide range of states of our nervous system and supports our flexible transition through them

The benefits of practicing the Method

The benefits of practicing the Method are diverse and encompass a wide range of experiences, states, and sensations.

  • Reduces pain and discomfort
  • Eliminates parasitic muscle tonus
  • Enables efficient, light and free movement
  • Improves posture and balance

Lessons

In our joint work (group or one-on-one), in the interaction between student and teacher, we create a new organization of the nervous system that is transferred into sensations on the physical, emotional, and mental levels.

Sign-up for a group lesson

One will be to take part in an “Awareness through movement” group lesson. Here the teacher leads you in your movements through verbal instructions. This type of lesson can take place live – in a hall, or online.

Sign-up for a on-on-one lesson

Another option is to book a “Functional integration” one-on-one lesson in which the teacher will work with you, using her hands, and sometimes her voice, to lead you.
